Krista is a mom of 3 that brings 15 years’ worth of experience in architecture. She is an agritourism, barn conversion, and high-performance building expert who lives in a passive barn conversion she designed. Krista grew up on a dairy farm, is married to a pig farmer, and operates her own hobby, permaculture orchard.

Kristen brings over three years of experience at an award-winning firm to the Veld Team. She is creative, thoughtful, and thorough in her work. She has read nearly every book on permaculture and small-scale gardening. She is an avid foodie, an unofficial Sioux chef, and a cheese maker. She resides in Ottawa and is currently pursuing a license in Architecture.

Ewout is incredibly detail-oriented, an experienced problem solver, and very thoughtful in stressful situations. He enjoys rural life near Chatsworth, Ontario, dabbles in cider making, and would consider himself an avid foodie!

Isabella's diverse skills in architectural technology and marketing bring valuable expertise to the team. She plays a key role in design development and project drawings while spearheading our social media outreach. Growing up on a multi-generational farm has instilled in Isabella a deep appreciation for agriculture and connecting with people at farmers' markets. Currently, she calls the Durham region her home.

With years of experience at large architecture firms, she has honed her skills in project management, client services, and studio operations. Kirstin streamlines our systems, supports our team, and welcomes new clients. She resides in the US but has strong ties to Ontario. Kirstin enjoys reading, thrift shopping, and visiting her husband's hometown of St.Thomas.
